Who we are

MonitorRest is made and sold by Cem Boray Yıldırım, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye, Muallimköy Mah. Deniz Cad. Bilişim Vadisi T.G.B. 1. Our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. When you buy, you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms.

Free trial

You may use all features of MonitorRest free of charge for 14 days from its first start. After that, the blue light filter and waking sleeping screens keep working for free; the other features need a Pro license.

Pro license

• A Pro license is a one-time purchase. It does not expire and has no subscription.
• One license works on one computer at a time. It is activated once over the internet. You may move it to another computer by deactivating it on the old one. If the old one no longer works, you can free the license once through the move page with your purchase email; after that, ask us.
• Don't share, publish or resell your key, and don't remove or bypass the license check.
• You receive a right to use the software; the software itself stays ours.
• Updates may be offered for free. We don't promise future updates or features.

Your monitors

MonitorRest sends standard DDC/CI commands (standby, brightness) to your monitors and changes how Windows shows colors on screen. These are the monitors' own functions, but monitors differ and some handle DDC/CI badly. Use the free trial to check that it works well with yours. Waking a screen and removing the filter always work, also without a license.

No warranty

The software is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is free of errors or fits a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.
